2013
Company project confirmation and signing ceremony
Shandong Lantian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chenming International Hotel, Shouguang City, Shandong Province, held a signing ceremony for the project of "500000 t/a succinic acid and PBS industrialization of bio based products from non grain raw materials", marking the formal determination of the project.

Project initiation
On September 26, 2013, the Company's project was registered with the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. On September 27, 2013, Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the Review Opinions on Energy Conservation Assessment Report (LFGNSS [2013] No. 56). On November 21, 2013, the Company's project passed the safety establishment evaluation in Weifang Municipal Administration of Work Safety and issued Wei An Jian Wei Hua Ji Shen Zi [2013] No. 5008 Opinions on Safety Review of Hazardous Chemical Construction Projects.

Listed in the National "863 Plan"
In August 2013, the company was officially included in the national "863 Plan", namely the national high-tech research and development plan. (Note: The 863 Plan is the National High tech Research and Development Plan. It is a national plan for basic research led by the government and targeted at some limited fields. Intermediate test acceptance appraisal meeting
On the morning of March 5, 2014, Shandong Lantian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences successfully held a pilot evaluation meeting, which was held by the Science and Technology Promotion Bureau of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Physical and Chemical Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, the District Planning University, Tianjin University The relevant disciplines of the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Microbiology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences came to the site for acceptance and identification. On the afternoon of March 5, 2014, the results of the pilot test were read out in the project conference room of Shandong Lantian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and passed smoothly. All data indicators exceeded expectations and reached the international leading level.

Leadership care
On June 22, 2014, Shouguang Municipal Party Secretary Zhu Lanxi visited Shandong Lantian for guidance. On March 19, 2015, a delegation of 30 people led by Li Pumin, Secretary General of the National Development and Reform Commission, visited Shandong Lantian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for research. On April 20, 2015, a delegation led by Liu Shuguang, Mayor of Weifang City, visited Shandong Lantian for inspection and guidance. On May 7, 2015, Du Changwen, Secretary of Weifang Municipal Party Committee of Shandong Province, visited Shouguang for a survey, and visited Shandong Lantian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for a field survey to learn about the achievements of enterprise transformation and development.
2017
Completed and put into operation
In January 2017, the equipment installation of the Company's Phase I project was fully started. On September 20, 2017, the first 60000 t/a production line of the Company's Phase I project was completed and put into operation.
