Shandong Lantian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is located in Yangkou Hi tech Industrial Park, Shouguang City, Shandong Province, which is a beautiful "fishing salt town and vegetable hometown" in China on the south coast of Laizhou Bay, Bohai Sea. It is a domestic company that has bought out the patent technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to produce bio succinic acid by biological fermentation. The company covers an area of 1500 mu. The total design scale of the project is: bio succinic acid 500000 tons/year, bio PBS degradable plastic 200000 tons/year, The total investment is 5 billion yuan, which will be constructed in three phases. The investment in the first phase is 1 billion yuan, and the construction scale is: 120000 tons/year of bio succinic acid (bio succinic acid), 50000 tons/year of bio based PBS products. The first 60000 tons/year production line in the first phase was completed and put into operation in September 2017, and the quality of bio succinic acid products produced is excellent, which is widely recognized by users.
The company has a strong R&D technical force, and its products have been listed in the national "863" key project. It is an academician workstation and postdoctoral workstation of the CAS Member, and a national leading enterprise of Weifang Biobased New Material Base. In depth cooperation with Tsinghua University and Tianjin Institute of Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, we have successively established microbial fermentation laboratory, molecular biology laboratory, and research and development laboratory of PBS degradable plastics and their modified products.
The company adopts a new biological strain fermentation technology, which is green, pollution-free and non-toxic from raw materials, production process to finished products. With the strengthening of national environmental protection efforts, it is imperative to promote the promotion of all biodegradable plastics to control white pollution. The bio succinic acid produced by the company is the raw material for manufacturing all bio degradable plastic PBS, and has a very broad development prospect.
